Have 24 hour access to your cash at any ATM machine; and, if you opt
for a Visa® Debit Card, you may also pay for purchases anywhere
Visa® is accepted or where you see the NYCE® logo - the payment
is drawn your checking account. Just complete the online ATM/Visa®
Debit Card form then fax, mail or drop it off to us. You may also

Set up an automatic transfer request to have funds moved on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or
annual schedule. You can use auto-transfer to create a savings plan for yourself or your child,
distribute funds from a direct deposit between several accounts, or transfer the interest from a
Certificate of Deposit into an account that you can access at will. Also, if you have a loan or
mortgage with East Boston Savings Bank, you can make your payment automatically. You can have the
payment deducted from your checking, statement savings or money market account and paid directly
to your loan on the payment due date. Just complete the online Auto Transfer/Auto Payment form

If you have a checking account, consider this option to simplify record keeping. You'll receive all
of your EBSB account information on one easy to read statement each month. Just compete an online
Combined Statement form then fax, mail or drop it off to us. You may also contact

Transfer funds electronically from your paycheck to the account of your choice. Deposits are credited
and available the morning of the pay date. For direct deposit of your paycheck, contact your company's
Human Resources/Payroll Department.
For direct deposit of Government Social Security, Social Security Supplemental Income and Veteran's
Administration checks, you can request direct deposit by calling 1-800-772-1213.
With our bank-by-phone service, your account information and the ability to transfer funds 24
hours a day is only a telephone call away. Our Phone Banking Line offers a convenient way to do
your banking, and is available in both English and Spanish scripts. You can:
- Obtain information regarding your checking, savings, CD, IRA and loan accounts, as well
as information regarding loan programs offered by EBSB
- Transfer funds between your checking and savings accounts
- Check current interest rates
- Obtain hours and locations of all EBSB branches
No need to store old checks. Check images are sorted in order with the check number and amount
listed below each check. Record keeping and balancing your account is easy and best of all…it's
FREE. Just compete an online Image Statement form then fax, mail or

You can have the interest earned on your Certificate of Deposit account sent to you by mail.
We usually recommend auto transfer for this purpose, but in certain instances having a check
mailed to you may work best. Funds can be sent monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
The only requirement is that a $25 minimum must accrue before a check is issued. Contact the

Transfer funds to the account of another person or to yourself at another bank. The funds get
